Why I Created the Founding Cohort
I made the course, workbooks, and self-guided journey complimentary for a reason. I believe access to knowledge shouldn’t be the barrier to becoming a stronger leader.
But throughout my years of working with leaders around the world, I’ve seen that knowing something and putting it into practice are two very different things.
